Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Profesional Guru Di SMA Negeri 2 Kecamatan Kampar Kabupaten Kampar

The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the factors that affect professional teachers in SMA N 2 Kampar Kampar District. To achieve these objectives then required information: 1). Influence of Internal factor significantly influence to professional teacher in SMA N 2 Kampar Sub District Kampar. 2). The influence of External factors significantly influence the professional teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Kampar Subdistrict Kampar District. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple regression techniques (path analysis) with the help of SPSS. Based on hypothesis testing and discussion of research results, the conclusions of this study are: internal factors and external factors contribute and influence directly to professional teachers then internal factors also provide indirect influence on professional teachers through factors through external factors. This means that professional teachers can not be separated from internal factors and external factors contribution.
