Pengaruh Gaji Dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pelabuhan Wira Indah Pekanbaru - Riau
this research aims to know the influence of salary and Incentives on performance of employees in the port of Wira Beautiful Pekanbaru Riau. The population in this study are all employees in the port of Beautiful Hero 52 people, consisting of 37 employees and 15 workers. Samples were obtained using a sample random sampling methods by as much as 37 employees. Methods of data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research note that the salary of the employee performance significantly to influential and significant incentives has no effect on performance. Performance and incentive effect simultaneously on performance of employees. The performance is not good too is affected by the grant of a low salary. Furthermore, the results of data analysis, it was found that the contribution salary and incentives for employees was 19.3%. Means to improve the performance of the employees of the company should raise salaries and awarding good or incentive is conducive. The higher salaries and incentives, the better the performance. But otherwise if the salary and incentive is low then its performance will also decrease.
