Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri Di Kecamatan Tualang
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of school principals' supervision and organizational climate on teacher performance of public high schools in Tualang District, Siak Regency. This study uses an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach through simple regression and multiple regression. The sample in this study were 132 public high school teachers in Tualang sub-district and data was collected by questionnaire with five choices. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that the supervision of principals has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of public high schools in Tualang Subdistrict, Siak Regency, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the State High Schools throughout Tualang District, Siak Regency. In addition, the supervision of the principal and the organizational climate together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teachers of the State High Schools throughout Tualang District, Siak Regency. This finding concludes that the better the supervision of the principal and the organizational climate, the better the teacher's performance will be. This research is expected to be useful for improving teacher performance in carrying out their obligations when conducting the teaching and learning process and fostering students at school.
