Evaluasi Terhadap Pendidikan Masyarakat Pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKB M) Ar Ruhama Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) Chevron Rumbai
This study aims to determine the evaluation of public education on PKBM Ar Ruhama LAZNAS CHEVRON Rumbai. Research This is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at PKBM Ar Ruhama LAZNAS CHEVRON Rumbai. In 2016/2017. Data analysis used the CIPP Evaluation model. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data by triangulating sources and methods. The subjects of this study were PKBM Leaders, Tutors and study residents.
The results of this study are: (1) PKBM Leader Ar Ruhama has sufficient understanding of the establishment and management of PBM institutions, especially PKBM, (2) Implementation of the planning process that took place in PKBM Ar Ruhama viewed from three indicators, namely from the process of setting goals for the institution, owned or not the institution's development strategy and the completeness of the job description and schedule of activities in the PKBM. Planning Process, the head of the institution carries out its own initial planning of the existing work goals and programs. The organizing process that took place in PKBM Ar Ruhama, this can be seen from three indicators namely the existence of management in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution, the determination of strategies and targets which include the criteria of results, quality and time limits and regular meetings and reviews that occur at the PBM institution. The leading process that occurred in PKBM Ar Ruhama, this was seen from three indicators namely the existence of management in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution, the determination of strategies and targets which included the results criteria, quality and time limits and regular meetings and reviews that occurred in the PBM institution. The controlling process that occurs in PKBM Ar Ruhama, this can be seen from three indicators, namely checking whether everything that happens in the field is as planned, implementing actions to find out weaknesses and errors in the field and correcting mistakes that occur and preventing them from happening again or new error arises.
