Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Profesional Di Mts Swasta Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the influence of variables (1) job satisfaction on teacher performance, (2) organizational climate on teacher performance, (3) work satisfaction and organizational climate together on teacher performance. The research respondents were teachers of Private MTs who had been certified in Tampan District, which amounted to 110 people with a sample of 86. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires as research instruments. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed a positive influence between job satisfaction on teacher performance by 0.922, and there was a positive influence between organizational climate on teacher performance by 0.823. While together there is the effect of job satisfaction and organizational climate on teacher performance by 0.926.
