Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Kelas Di SDN 033 Pulaukecil Dan SDS 040 Alhusniyah Pulaukijang Kecamatan Reteh Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This research was a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted in SDN 033 Pulaukecil and SDS 040 Alhusniyah Pulaukijang, this study was aimed to (1) analyzing the completeness of teaching materials for classroom teachers, (2) analyze the learning activities in the classroom. (3) analyzing assessment and evaluation of learning activities, (4) follow-up on supervision results. The research respondents were all homeroom teachers in SDN 033 Pulau kecil and SDS 040 Alhusniyah Pulaukijang. The results of this study were : (1) Homeroom teachers had completed the teaching materials (2) In classroom learning activities, the homeroom teachers still had the syllabus which not suitable to the module writing indicators which not suitable with KD, writing the time allocations was combined, learning had began to control the class, matching to stages, using learning methods and media, in assessing still not utilize the results of assessment and still used questions from text books and LKS (3) assessment and evaluation of learning activities still found incompatability between goals, program and teaching strategies, students were not ready to learn and homeroom teachers had not maximal in conducted the guidance to students, (4) follow-up supervision is carried out with guidance and direction to teachers to increasing their performance and professionalism.
