Pengaruh Total Quality Management (Tqm), Pengalaman Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Jaya Perkasa Indonesia Di Kabupaten Siak

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM), Experience and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Jaya Perkasa Indonesia in Siak Regency. The population in this study includes all employees at PT. Jaya Perkasa Indonesia in Siak Regency, which numbered 48 people.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire research instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The technique of determining research samples using saturated samples is by taking all the population of employees to be sampled (48 employees of PT. Jaya Perkasa Indonesia in Siak Regency).
The results of the study show that: 1) Total Quality Management (TQM), Experience and Work Environment together (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of PT. Jaya Perkasa Indonesia. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of the Total Quality Management (TQM) variable on the Performance of PT. Jaya Perkasa Indonesia, 3) There is a positive and significant influence on Work Experience variables on the Performance of Employees of PT. Jaya Perkasa Indonesia, 4) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Environment variables on the Performance of Employees of PT. Jaya Perkasa Indonesia.
