Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the influnce of principals’ leadership and organizational culture on teachers’ performance of the state junior high school district Tampan Pekanbaru. The population of the study was 144 teachers. The sample size in total was 106 teachers. The data analysis used in this study was path analysis.
From the results of the study found that there is 0,2641 significant influence of principals’ leadership to teachers’ performance, there is 0,2106 significant influence of organizational culture to teachers’ performance, there is 0,831 significant influence of principals’ leadership and organizational culture to teachers’ performance. The conclusion is principals’ leadership and organizational culture have significant influence to teachers’ performance of state junior high school district Tampan Pekanbaru whether individually or simultaneously.
Because of that, this study hope to be used to improve teachers’ performance of every institution.
