Kontribusi Budaya Organisasi Dan Konsep Diri Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru Kimia SMK Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze the contribution of organizational culture and self-concept to the work motivation of Vocational Chemistry teachers in Pekanbaru City. This study used a survey method with a correlation approach that was carried out in the Vocational School of Pekanbaru City. The study sample was 65 teachers, and the main technique of data collection was done by questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics.
The results of the study obtained a significant contribution between organizational culture on teacher work motivation. In addition, there was a significant contribution between self-concept towards teacher work motivation, and together. The results of this study can be concluded that the better the organizational culture and self-concept of teachers, the work motivation of Chemistry teachers will be better. This research is expected to be useful for the improvement or improvement of teacher professional competence in carrying out their obligations as educators in schools.
