Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) Tenaga Pendidik Dan Kependidikan Di SMK Telkom Pekanbaru
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organization climate and job satisfaction towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Teachers and Educational Personnel in SMK Telkom Pekanbaru. The method used was quantitative approach through regression analysis. The population in this research was teachers and Educational Personnel in SMK Telkom Pekanbaru which amounted to 72 respondents. Data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires. This research used quantitative descriptive method, and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. This research consists of two independent variables (Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction) and one variable dependent (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). The result of this research was organizational climate and job satisfaction have significant influence towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Teacher and Educational Personnel of SMK Telkom Pekanbaru which marked significance value less than 0,05. The variation of factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Teacher and Educational Personnel in SMK Telkom Pekanbaru which can be explained by Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction is 54.2% (54.2 R-Squared Value) while the rest of 45,8% from other factors.
