Peran Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Dalam Sistem Pengelolaan Sampah Di RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan
This research was carried out in May 2019 until June 2019 in Tembilahan Puri Husada Hospital. The purpose of this research is to 1). Analyzing the system of waste management in Tembilahan Puri Husada Hospital, 2). Analyze the role of Human Resources in Tembilahan Puri Husada Hospital waste management 3).What are the factors affecting the role of Human Resources in Tembilahan Puri Husada Hospital waste management. The methods used in this research is qualitative. This research uses the instrument of observation and interview. In this research the Key informant interviews was the head of waste management Section and the head of the Tembilahan Puri Husada Hospital.
Based on the results of the research of waste management system in Puri Husada Hospitals to do non-infectious medical waste management, in the management of non-infectious medical waste in Puri Husada the combustion process is not complete, because there are still medical waste That has not burned perfectly so it needs third party to manage it and according to the head of Puri Husada Hospitals Garbage management of non-infectious waste is only aimed at eliminating germs in non-infectious medical bins, while medical waste Infectious agents and B3 medical waste, according to the head of the hospital, Puri Husada Hospitals in his management work together with the third party is PT. Kenali Jaya. Based on the results of the research, Puri Husada Hospital does not do non-medical waste management but in managing non-medical waste in cooperation with the Dinas Kebersihan Kota Tembilahan.
Human Resouces role of Tembilahan Puri Husada Hospitals in waste management is reviewed based on social aspects (attitude, behavior and socio-cultural) of Human Resources role in Puri Husada in managing garbage. Based on the results of the study of attitudes, behaviors and socio-cultural role of Human Resources Puri Husada Hospitals in waste management is good. Based on the results of the research factors that affect the role of human resources are facilities and infrastructures such as: garbage Shelter, TPS (shelter trash), waste transport equipment, APD (personal protective equipment) and incenerator. Quality of human resources and the amount of human resources in managing waste in Puri Husada Tembilahan HOSPITAL.
Some conclusions that can be taken from the results of this research is the waste management system in the Puri Husada Tembilahan HOSPITAL divided into two namely non-infectious medical waste management While the medical garbage Infeksius, non-medical waste and waste medical waste B3 Puri Husada Tembilahan HOSPITAL cooperate with the third party (PT. Kenali Jaya) to manage it while the non-medical garbage of the Puri Husada Tembilahan HOSPITAL in collaboration with the City Hygiene service Tembilahan. Human Resources role in Puri Husada Tembilahan HOSPITAL in managing garbage not all HR in the Hospital of Puri Husada Tembilahan HOSPITAL has been involved in managing garbage, this is due to some facilities and infrastructure such as a garbage shelter that is not adequate, pockets Plastic to separate the type of garbage is still lacking in the amount and the amount of human resources are still insufficient, for the overall human resources have been running well. As well as the role of human resources is less maximum in the process of garbage end management, because the Humasn Resources in the final management process less in number. Factors that affect the role of Human Resources in the Hospital Puri Husada Tembilahan most influence is the internal factor is the facility and human resources are still limited. While external factors affecting human resources are still less good Human behavior caused by coordination of management.
