Pengaruh Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Dan Sumber Daya Usaha Terhadap Inovasi Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing UMKM Makanan Di Kota Pekanbaru
The aims of this research were to find out the influence of entrepreneurial competence, business resources and innovation to competitive advantage of food micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME), also to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence and business resources through innovation and its impact of food micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) competitive advantage. The object of this study was food micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in Pekanbaru city as big as 21.374 units in 2017 as population. The sample size is 50 enterprises that suit to Roscoe formula of sample size for social studies range from 30 to 500. The sample are taken randomly and proportionally based on location in 12 sub-districts, Pekanbaru city. Primary data obtained through questionnaire and the data were analyzed with Path Analysis of SPSS. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial competence, business resources and innovation had direct effect significantly to competitive advantage, while entrepreneurial competence, and business resources through innovation significantl had indirect significantly effect toward competitive advantage.
