Prosedur Pelayanan Perizinan Apotek Oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru

In a pharmacy licensing, the government authorizes the health department to keep watch and build up the pharmacy’s existense Minister of Health Regulation of Indonesiaa number 7 of 2017 concerning standard arrangment having a purpose to optimizing health care. In case of pharmacy license, the owners are expected to have a pharmacy license. Pharmacy license is a permission by the minister of health to pharmacist work with owners to stage the pharmacy. Nonetheless, if the minister of health hasn’t issued the permission, then owners able to running his pharmacy with news of the examination. Now, the are 256 of pharmacys tha have a license in Pekanbaru, but it turns out that some of pharmacys in Pekanbaru dont. This study used a qualitative method with approach case studies. Data collection carried out with interviews, observation, and documentation. The studies result that first, the pharmacy licensing service procedure by the Health Department of Pekanbaru was not running optimally because there were still pharmacy facility owners who complained about the length of time the SIA was issued, then in terms of licensing services at the Health Service there were still inadequate pharmacy employees in terms of pharmacy licensing. Second, the factors that hinder the process of pharmacy violation in Pekanbaru City are the quality of services from the Health Service that is not optimal like human resource competency and lack of field labor.
