Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Harapan Guru Terhadap Pelaksanaan Kewajiban Guru Slta Negeri Di Kecamatan Sosa, Padang Lawas, Sumatera Utara
The data of this study consisted of three variables, namely one dependent variable and two independent variables. The dependent variable (Y) is the Implementation of Teacher Obligations, while the first independent variable (X1) is Organizational Culture and the second independent variable (X2) is Teacher's Expectations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Organizational Culture and Teacher Obligations, Teacher Expectations on Teacher Obligations, teacher competencies and workload together towards the Implementation of Teacher Obligations. The research respondents were 160 high school teachers in Sosa Subdistrict, PadangLawas, totaling 160 people obtained by using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires as research instruments. Prior to the research the instrument test was tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient research shows that there is a strong relationship between Organizational Culture and Teacher Obligations of 43.0% and there is a relationship of Teacher Expectations to Teacher Obligations of 46.7%. While together the relationship between Organizational Culture and Teacher's Expectations. of Teacher Obligations of 51.8%.
