Implementasi Manajemen Labor Bahasa Di MAN 1 Pekanbaru
Moreover, in responding to previous issue is the Implementation of the Management of the Language Laboratory at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. To get the answers from the above, the writer conducted a study by reffering to the theory of the Implementation of the Management in improving the education quality of madrasah, because school laboratories have a very strategic function in supporting student competencies. Laboratory management, in this case quality management, must be designed to always improve the effectiveness and efficiency of release which must be considered by all interested parties. This study describes the Implementation of Language Laboratory Management at Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah) MAN 1 Pekanbaru with the sub focus of study is the management of language laboratory. The aim of this study is to reveal the implementation of language laboratory management at Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah) MAN 1 Pekanbaru.
The study applied qualitative approach. The data were collected with an interview, observation, and documentation studies who involved several informants namely: The Principals, Head of Language Labor, The Vice Pricipals for Facilities and Infrastructures, Chief of Administration, Vice Principal for Curriculum (Waka Curriculum), Teachers and Students. The instrument of study is the researcher himself with an interview guide, checklist, observation, and documentation. The proces of the data analysis were through (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) conclusion drawing.
The results of analysis indicated that the implementation of language laboratory management at MAN 1 Pekanbaru already language laboratory standards, facilities already complete and comfortable to be used. This language laboratory has a good structure of organization, and many language activities were held in the language laboratory.
