Kontribusi Disiplin Kerjadan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Guru Pada Smp Negeri2 Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar

The purpose of the research was to analyze the contribution of work disipline and the organization of culture, in individually or together towards the effectiveness of teacher’s work. This research is conducted at SMP 2 Bangkinang City Kampar Regency, the method in used were survey with the corelation technique. The population of this research are all the teachers of SMP N 2 Bangkinang City Kampar Regency wich consist of 64 respondence. The data got from questionnaire spread or questionnaire used Likert scale. Data analyze used regresi analyzes with SPSS. The result of this research showed that : (1) there is a positive contribution between the work disipline towards the activity of teacher’s work in 20, 6%. (2) there is a positive contribution betweeen the culture organization towards the effective of teacher’s work in 50,1%. (3) the is a positive contribution between the work disipline and the culture organization together towards the teacher’s work activity in 55,2%. So that work disipline and culture organization in individually or together have much helpful towards the effective of teacher’s work. The result of this research hope can helpful in improving and increasing the effective of teacher’s work at SMP 2 Bangkinang City Kampar Regency with increasing the work dicipline and improving the culture organization.
