Pengaruh Diklat Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Daerah Provinsi Riau
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variables (1) training on employee’s performance, (2) work motivation on employee’s performance, (3) training and motivation to work together on employee’s performance. Respondents were employee’s in the Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Provinsi Riau has been working for 3 (three) years and has conducted training of at least three (3) times totaling 66 people. Data collected through questionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed the positive impact of training on employee’s performance amounted to 31,6%, and there are positive influence between work motivation on employee’s performance amounted to 16,7%. While the influence of training and work motivation on employee’s performance amounted to 71,3%
