Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Konflik Peran, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Staff Akuntansi (Studi Empiris Pada Bank Riau Kepri Se Provinsi Riau)
This study aimed to analyze the effect caused by the variable work environment, role conflict, and job satisfaction on accounting staff turnover intention. This study used purposive sampling with 78 samples. Data collection techniques in this study is in the form of a questionnaire, while data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis were processed with SPSS 20.From the results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) shows that the work environment and job satisfaction have a partial effect of accounting staff turnover intention, while role conflict does not affect the accounting staff turnover intention. The magnitude of the effect caused by Adjusted R² by three shared variables on the dependent variable was 44.5% while the remaining 55.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
