Kontribusi Pengembangan Karir Individu Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Administrasi Smp Negeri Se-Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to explore the contribution of individual career development and working environment on the performance of the administrative employee of Junior High School State in Rokan Hilir District. The results showed that there is the positive contribution between individual career development with the performance of the administrative employee, this is indicated by the value of the variable t count individual career development amounted to 6.364 greater than t table 1.985. 29.2% change in the value of the performance of the administrative employee due to individual career development. There is a significant contribution to the performance of the work environment of the school administrative employee, this is indicated that t count for the work environment of 6.292 greater than t table 1.985. 28.8% change in the value of the performance of the administrative employee caused by the working environment. Depressed individuals career development and work environment contributes positively to the performance of the school administrative employee either in line, simultaneously or together, as depicted on the regression analysis of both positive values. Amounted to 32.3% change in the value of the performance of the administrative employee due to individual career development and work environment
