Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Dan Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Smp Negeri Sekecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak
This study aims to determine the influence of variables (1) interpersonal communication and school culture together on teacher performance, (2) interpersonal communication on teacher performance, (3) school culture on teacher performance. The respondents were teachers of SMP Negeri in Dayun Sub-district of Siak Regency, amounting to 97 people. Data collection was done through questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The reliability coefficient of the instrument is calculated using the cronbach alpha formula. The result of the research shows that there is significant influence of interpersonal communication and school culture together to teacher performance equal to 0,621, and there is significant influence between interpersonal communication to teacher performance equal to 0,195. And the significant influence of school culture on teacher performance of 0.159.
