This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the influence of leadership and training on employee performance. The influence of leadership and training on performance through employee competencies. And the effect of competence on the performance of PDAM Tirta Indra Employees. The population of this study were all 113 Tirta Indra PDAM employees. The sample in this study were 113 people. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the help of SPSS version 22.
The results of this study indicate that leadership and training have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership and training have a significant effect on employee performance through Competence. competence has a significant effect on performance.
