Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Implikasinya Pada Kinerja Karyawan PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Competence on Job Satisfaction. To determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Competence on Performance. And the influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) in particular Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Branch Office Pekanbaru. The study population was all employees of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Branch Office in Pekanbaru. There were 209 employees. The sample in this study were 137 people. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) which was analyzed used Warp PLS.
The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and competence have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture and competence have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.
