Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Komitmen Dan Kinerja Karyawan PT BNI Life Insurance Di Indonesia
BNI Life Insurance is one of the insurance service providers in Indonesia. In the face of insurance industry competition, companies must always have employees who have maximum performance, so that organizational performance can be achieved optimally. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, organizational culture, career development on the commitments and performance of employees of PT BNI Life Insurance in Indonesian.
This research was conducted on employees of all branches of PT BNI Life Insurance in Indonesian, the number of samples used was 290 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SEMPls.
The results of the study show that: 1) There is influence of leadership, organizational culture, and development of the day on employee commitment 2) There is influence on leadership, organizational culture, and development of employees on employee performance. 3) There is influence of leadership, organizational culture, and development of the days on performance through organizational commitment. 4) There is an influence of organizational commitment on employee performance.
Based on the results of the study, PT BNI Life Insurance must be able to overcome the problems of employee commitment and performance, especially those related to leadership, organizational culture, and career development.
