Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Budaya Mutu Terhadap Perilaku Sosial Guru Sma Swasta Di Kecamatan Sail Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Quality Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Private High School teachers in Sail sub-district Pekanbaru. The research variables consist of two independent variables namely Job Satisfaction (X1) and Quality Culture (X2) while the dependent variable is Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). The sample in this research is 81 private high school teachers in Sail sub district Pekanbaru obtained from simple random sampling. The data was gathered from questionnaire with scale of Linkert 1-5. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The result showed that: 1) job satisfaction variable had positive effect on teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior with coefficient of determination equal to 0,478; 2) Quality culture had positive effect to teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior with coefficient of determination equal to 0.388; 3) Job Satisfaction (X1) and Quality Culture (X2) variables together account for 50.9% of teacher's organizational citizenship behavior, the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this research. The conclusion has shown that the teacher's social behavior can be improved by improving job satisfaction and quality culture.
