Pengaruh Iklim Sekolah Dan Kreativitas Guru Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Guru Tk Se-Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to determine the influence of variables (1) school climate on teacher work performance, (2) teacher creativity on teacher work performance, (3) school climate and teacher creativity together towards teacher performance. Research respondents are Kindergarten teacher of Kampar District Mine, amounting to 83 people obtained by propotionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was done through questionnaire as research instrument. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The reliability coefficient of the instrument is calculated using the alpha cronbach formula. Partially, the result of the research shows that there is a positive influence between the school climate on teacher work achievement of 0.807, and there is a positive influence between teacher creativity toward teacher achievement of 0.788. While simultaneously the influence of school climate and teacher creativity on teacher work performance of 0.837.
