Evaluasi Kinerja Pengawas Sekolah Dasar (Sd) Gugus 1 Kecamatan Siak

The goal of this research is to mention and analyze clearly through : (1) to know and analyze the implementation of main task and evaluator function (2) to know and analyze the implementation of academical training function and evaluator managerial competencies (3) to know and analyze reporting of evaluator main task (4) to know and analyze supervisor performance by reviewing main task and supervisor function.This research is using qualitative descriptive method by document review, observation and interview. The research held at Elementary Gugus 1 Siak Regency. Type of evaluation used in this research is CIPP which is stand for Context (C), Input (I), Process (P), dan Product (P). This type adopted as per the needful in evaluating until get the scoring which called interpretation.The performance of the supervisor in Elementary School Gugus 1 Kecamatan Siak is in good scoring, it means that the supervisor has implemented their supervision as well as they implemented the main task and function. The reporting of Elementary School Gugus 1 supervisor is related to the supervision activity as follows: teachers training, school training, head master and teacher guidance and training activity.
