Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Universitas Islam Indragiri Tembilahan
This study aims to determine the relationship of organizational culture motivation and job satisfaction to job performance of Lecture Indragiri Islamic Universiti Tembilahan.
The population in this study included all Lecture Indragiri Islamic Universiti Tembilahan, amounting to 98 people. The primary data were collected by questionnaire as the instrument to prove the result of the study, to test the hypotheses using Structural Equation Model-Partial least Square with Wrap.PLS.5.0. Sampling technique chosen is sensus sampling (98 Lecture Indragiri Islamic Universiti Tembilahan as samples).
The results showed that: 1) The organizational culture directly do not have significant effect on the job satisfaction of lecture Indragiri Islamic Universiti Tembilahan,2) Organizational culture directly influence the performance of lecture Indragiri Islamic Universiti Tembilahan.3) Motivation directly influence the job satisfaction of lecture Indragiri Islamic Universiti Tembilahan,4) Motivation directly influence the performance of lecture Indragiri Islamic Universiti Tembilahan, 5) Job Satisfaction directly influence the performance of lecture Indragiri Islamic Universiti Tembilahan,6) Through job satisfaction, organizational culture have positive and not significant impact on the performance of lecture, so it can be concluded that job satisfaction is can’t mediating variable between Organisation culture on lecture performance, 7) Through job satisfaction, motivation have positive and significant impact on the performance of lecture, it can be concluded, job satisfaction have an important role in mediating relations between Motivation on the performance of lecture.
