Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja Dan Karakteristik Pribadi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pegawai (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor Balitbang Provinsi Riau)

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work environment, work experience and personal characteristics on employee organizational commitment either simultaneously or partially. Data collection technique used questionnaire distributed to all employees of the Balitbang Province of Riau by total 88 employees. Then the data were analyzed used multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of processing the data it can be concluded that 1) There is significant effect between the work environment, work experience and personal characteristics on employee organizational commitment simultaneously. Organizational commitment employees have been not optimal caused by the willingness of employees to willingly tried into personal affairs for sake of completing the work remains low. 2) There is significant effect work environments on employee organizational commitment partially. If the work environment is increased, then the organizational commitment to employees will be increased constantly. Not optimal work environment caused by the flurry of superiors so rarely communicate both inside and outside the Office with employees. 3) There is significant effect work experienced on organizational commitment partially. If the experience is increased, then the organizational commitment to employees will be increased constantly. Experience optimal yet still there are caused by employees with a background elementary school, junior high school and senior high school, so employee feel the background of education should be improved again. 4) There is significant effect personal characteristics on organizational commitment partially. When personal characteristics increased, then the Organization's commitment to employees will be increased constantly. Personal characteristics are not optimal employee caused by employees who have less initiative to improve the performance of Balitbang Riau Province.
