Dinamika Dan Faktor Determinan Tingkat Ketahanan Pangan Rumahtangga Peserta Program Desa Mandiri Pangan Di Provinsi Riau
The Food Resilience Village Programme is one of the Government of Indonesia's programs to improve people's food security. This program has been implemented since 2006, after monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the program, it is identified the dynamics of the level of household food security of program participants and the determinant factors that affect the food security level. This study aims to see the dynamics and determinants of household food security level of participants of The Food Resilience Village Programme in Riau Province. Descriptive analysis is used to analyze the dynamics of household food security level, while quantitative analysis with multinomial logistic model is used to analyze the determinant factor of household food resilience level of participants. The main finding of this research is the Food Resilience Village Programme is able to improve the food security of some of the participating households, so there is a need for continuous implementation of the program. The age of household head, the number of household members and the area of land ownership becomes the determinant factor of the household food security level. As a policy implication, it is suggested that the implementation of the Food Resilience Programme is performed by selection of household characteristics of program participants, ie household heads in productive age with small number of household members. Furthermore, selection also takes into account the area of ownership of the household land, that is, the greater the land ownership
