Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Penempatan Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Pegawai Satuan Kerja Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru
Human Resources plays an important and decisive role among the resources available within the organization. Non-human assets including natural resources, also have an important role, but if not supported by qualified human resources then the goal of the organization is difficult to achieve. Each organization or institution in implementing the program, directed always efficient to achieve organizational goals, as well as the Local Revenue Offices Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and placement on the motivation and performance of employees of the Local Revenue Offices Pekanbaru.
Population in this research is Civil Servant of Local Revenue Offices Pekanbaru in year 2016 as much 124 people except head of department. Sampling is done by Total Sampling technique. This research is descriptive qualitative and qualitative analysis using statistical analysis. The data collection process was conducted using questionnaires. The data obtained is described descriptively statistically then performed statistical analysis using SPSS statistical program version 21.
From the results of the study note that leadership has a significant effect on employee motivation and performance. Then placement also has a significant effect on employee performance motivation. Furthermore, motivation also has a positive effect on employee performance. And than leadership and placement have no positive effect on employee performance. Persentse influence of leadership and placement on motivation and performance of Local Revenue Offices Pekanbaru is 83,6%.
