Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Perencanaan Stratejik Dan Learning Organization Untuk Mencapai Keunggulan Bersaing (Studi Pada Pt.Terralog Teknologi Indonesia)

This study aims to look at the influence of the leadership, strategic planning and
learning organization to achieve competitive advantage. The variables of this research is
very important to do with increasing competition in the business of E&P (exploration
and production) waste injection services. The study was conducted by questionnaire
enclosed with total sampling of 40 respondents. The respondents consisted of all
employees. Based on research conducted by the method of Structural Equation
Modelling (SEM) by using Partial Lease Square (PLS) on the full model of this study.
The study concluded that Leadership have positive and significant effect to
strategic planning. Leadership also has positive and significant effect to learning
Organization but leadership had no significant effect to the competitive advantage.
Strategic Planning has positive but did not make a real contribution or no significant
effect to competitive advantage. Finally, Learning Organization has positive and
significant effect to competitive advantage and contributes significantly to achieve
competitive advantage.
Recomendations for the organization is transform to leadership transformational
with good ability to increase competitive strategy. For Strategic Planning, need to create
and make business, corporate and global strategy as competitive strategy to obtained the
competitive advantage. Install e-learning/e-portal to improve the employee knowledge
as part of learning organization. And to mantain competitive advantage, organization
must create a unique learning method , improve skill of employee and unique services
and diversification product/service.
