Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Produktivitas Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sekecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on school productivity, organizational culture on school productivity, teacher competence and organizational culture collectively to school productivity. Research respondents are teachers of State Elementary School in Bangkinang District Kampar Regency they are 83 people obtained by proportionate probability sampling technique. Data collection was done through questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The reliability coefficient of the instrument is calculated using the cronbach alpha formula. Partially, the result of research shows that there is a significant influence between teacher competence on school productivity 0,154, and there is significant influence between organizational culture to school productivity 0,830. While simultan there is influence of teacher competence and organizational culture to productivity equal to 0,899.
