The aim of this research was to find out the contribution of theemotional intellegence and social intellegenceon caretaker leadership style of art galleries in the city of Pekanbarueither simultaneously or partially. The population of the research was all member ofthe art galleryderby in the City of Pekanbaru which massively involved in the process of the race parade of dance or music at boht local and national whit totalling 100 member researched census. Form data in this study are primary and sekunder. Data collection through questionnaire for art of leadership, emotional intellegence, social intellegence.Data using likert scale. Metods of data analysis in this study multiple regression SPSS. Research result showed thatemotional intellegence and social intellegence has contributed to the leadership style either simultaneously or partially.
