This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational climate on job satisfaction of teachers both simultaneously and partially.
The analytical method used is descriptive and statistical analysis method that uses multiple linear regression analysis, for the significant and partial testing, The Methode execution of data analysis used SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The data used are primary and secondary data. This study uses 78 respondents
The results showed that the Leadership and Organizational Climate, is have significant effect on job satisfaction. It is known that F count 35.957> F table 3,12 so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Or it can be said that the real influence of independent variables collectively - together (simultaneously) to dependent variable. While partially leadership and organizational climate respective positive effect on job satisfaction.
