Pengaruh Persepsi Pada Sertifikasi Guru Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Smp Negeri Se-Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis
This study aims to determine the effect of variables (1) perceptions on certification on teacher performance, (2) work motivation on teacher performance, (3) perception on teacher certification and work motivation collectively on teacher performance. The research respondents are all teachers who have been certified in SMP Negeri in Bengkalis Sub-district of Bengkalis Regency. In this study the samples were saturated samples, because all the certified teachers were sampled. Data collection was done through questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The reliability coefficient of the instrument is calculated using the cronbach alpha formula. the result of research shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the perception on teacher certification to teacher performance of 0.435, and there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance of 0.341. While together there is influence perception on teacher certification and work motivation to teacher performance equal to 0,490.
