Hubungan Antara Efikasi Diri Dan Keterlibatan Kerja Dengan Komitmen Guru SMA Negeri Sekecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak
This study aims to describe the effect of self-efficacy and work involvement on the commitment of high school teachers in Tualang sub-district, Siak Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive quantitative research approach with survey methods with correlational techniques (correlational resarch). The data collection technique used was using a survey, then the data collection technique used was an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with 20 respondents from 47 teachers who were randomly selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The research method was conducted that respondents gave responses to the questionnaire by using a rating scale consisting of five alternative answers, namely strongly agree, agree, doubt, disagree and strongly disagree. Analysis of the data used is descriptive and inferential statistics.
Based on the analysis of the data it is known that, there is a significant effect of self-efficacy and work involvement on teacher commitment, both partially and jointly. This research is expected to be useful for improving teacher commitment in carrying out their obligations.
