Profil Supervisi Klinis Di TK Aisyah II Kota Dumai
This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted TK Aisyah II Dumai City, the object of this study was to look at the profile of clinical supervision. This research aims (1) to analyze clinical supervision planning in TK Aisyah II Dumai(2) to analyze the implementation of clinical supervision in TK Aisyah II Dumai (3) To analyze the clinical supervision feedback in TK Aisyah II Dumai. Research respondents were all teachers in TK Aisyah II Dumai. The results obtained from this study are (1) In making plans before conducting clinical supervision the school principal always makes a clinical supervision planning program in coordination with the teachers first and it is agreed that clinical supervision is carried out at the beginning and end of the semester. The clinical supervision program is prepared together with the teacher board Clinical supervision program is aimed at teachers who need guidance in learning management problems in class (2) Problems faced by teachers can be completely resolved, because they are directly discussed and reviewed when supervision is conducted, however, there are weaknesses in clinical supervision, namely the use of supervision time. Clinical supervision activities can not be done quickly, it requires more time. Weaknesses in the implementation of clinical supervision of school principals are also not in accordance with the agreed plan. Headmasters only carry out clinical supervision once i in each semester. (3) the feedback given by school principals is not understood and there is no in-depth coaching after clinical supervision, the principal only provides coaching when supervised but not continuously.
