Implementasi Pembinaan Karakter Dalam Proses Pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Di Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar
Character education aims to form a nation that is strong, competitive, noble moral, social, tolerance, patriotic, dynamic-oriented, science-orientated and technology all imbued by the faith and taqwa to Almighty God based on Pancasila. The implementation of character education must be supported by all parties, including all SMAN, education institutions in Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kambar. The purpose of this research is to analyze "Implementation of character education in the learning process of curriculum 2013 in Kecamatan Kampar Kabupaten Kampar", covering the process of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and explaning results and constraints. This research used qualitative methods with two approaches i.e. case study approaches and implementation approaches, data collection techniques are done by observation, interviews, documentation. In the legitimacy of the validity of data used the technique of belief, alienation, dependence, certainty. Analyze the data analysis by studying the documentation and following the flow model Miles and Huberman. The results of the research on the planning level began with the formulation of school vision and mission as well as the preparation of syllabus and RPP. In organizing, structuring the division of the lesson hours and additional assignment of teachers should be done. In Implementing of RPP (religious and nationalism are stated and done in preliminary activities, independent characters and mutual assistance in the core activities, and the character of integrity is found in the closing of the cover). In supervising, an evaluation by using a posture assessment sheet, a knowledge assessment sheet, and a skill assessment sheet, as well as supported by a breach of the cumulative book (KUM), CCTV cameras, and a daily teacher’ supervison role. As an outcome from the planning, organizing, implementation and supervising of character education are average in learning process which has been carried out quite well and categorizes "excellent". This outcome get along with regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture year 2016 namely; No. 22 on the standard of process, No. 24 about core competencies and basic competencies of curriculum 2013, No. 20 standards of competency of graduates and No. 15 of 2018 on fulfilling workload of teachers, principals, and school supervisors.
