Sumbangan Self Esteem Dan Kecerdasan Interpersonal Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru SMK Di Kecamatan Sosa Kabupaten Padang Lawas
This study aims to describe the contribution of self esteem and interpersonal intelligence to the work motivation of vocational teachers in Sosa District, Padang Lawas District. This type of research is quantitative descriptive quantitative research approach with survey methods with correlational techniques (correlational resarch). Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations with 46 respondents from 85 vocational school teachers in Sosa District who were randomly selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The research method was conducted in which the respondent gave a response to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices namely very always, often, sometimes, rarely, and never. Analysis of the data used is descriptive and inferential statistics.
Based on the analysis of the data it is known that, there is a contribution of self esteem and interpersonal intelligence to the work motivation of vocational teachers in Sosa Subdistrict, Padang Lawas District, both partially and jointly. This research is expected to be useful for improving the work of teachers in carrying out their obligations.
