Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Komitmen Kerja Guru MAN Di Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the influence of variables (1) the principal's leadership style on organizational culture, (2) the principal's leadership style on job satisfaction, (3) organizational culture on teacher work commitments, (4) job satisfaction on teacher work commitments, (5) the principal's leadership style on teacher work commitments and (6) organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style together with teacher work commitments. Research respondents were MAN 1 and MAN 2 Pekanbaru teachers, totaling 165 people with a sample of 117 people. Analysis of the data used was path analysis.
The results showed that there was a direct influence on the principal's leadership style on organizational culture by 23%, there was a direct influence on the principal's leadership style on job satisfaction by 22%, there was a direct influence on organizational culture on teacher work commitments by 0,29%, there was an influence direct job satisfaction on teacher work commitments by 11% , there is a direct influence of principals 'leadership styles on teacher work commitments of 6,3% and there is an influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and principals' leadership styles together on teacher work commitments of 30%.
