Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Remunerasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and remuneration on organizational commitment and to determine the effect of leadership, remuneration and organizational commitment on Employee Performance at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Riau.
The population in this study are all employees who work at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Riau, amounting to 141 people. Sampling is done using the Slovin method so that a sample of 104 respondents is obtained. The sampling technique uses stretified random sampling method. The results of research and discussion are presented using Path Analysis.
The results of the study stated that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, while remuneration has no significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, organizational commitment significantly influences performance. Leadership influences performance through organizational commitment, while remuneration does not affect performance through organizational commitment.
