Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Dan Akuntabilitas Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Guru Smp Negeri Di Kecamatan Kampar
The Aims of this study is to determine the effect of organizational climate on teacher work discipline, the effect of accountability to teacher work discipline and the effect of Climate’s Organization and accountability to work discipline of State Junior High School in Kampar District. The method used in this research is survey research and the sampling technique is total sampling. The research variables consist of two independent variables, Organizational Climate (X1) and Accountability (X2) while the dependent variable is Teacher Work Discipline (Y). Population and sample of the research are all of teachers in State Junior High school Kampar District, 82 teachers. The result showed that there is significant effect of Organizational Climates and Accountability simultaneously to the Discipline of Teacher Work equal to 0,2395 or 23,95% and partially coefficient effect of Climate Organization on Discipline of Work equal to 0,1193 which means 11,93% variation strengthened or weakening of the working Discipline of a teacher is determined by climate of the organization. The coefficient effect between Accountability to the Discipline of teacher work equal to 0,1158 which means 11,58% variation strengthened and weakening of the working Discipline determined by Accountability.
