Studi Tentang Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Hak Dan Kewajiban Konsumen Pada Pasal 29 Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2009 Tentang Ketenagalistrikan Di Baloi Kolam Kecamatan Batam Kota Kepulauan Riau
This research is motivated by problems that arise during observations made by researchers, namely the non-fulfillment of consumer rights in which the community does not obtain their rights to comfort and safety in the form of sudden or scheduled power outages that can result in disruption of daily activities. But in reality, consumer protection is related to power cuts by PT. PLN (Persero), the consumer's right to get compensation and get the price of electricity which is reasonable is still only in the form of decoration from the Electricity Law. The formulation of the problem in this research is How is the Study of Customer Satisfaction Levels of Consumer Rights and Obligations In Article 29 of Law Number 30 Year 2009 Regarding Electricity in Baloi Kolam, Batam City District, Riau Islands? The purpose of this research is to find out how the Study of Customer Satisfaction Levels of Consumer Rights and Obligations In Article 29 of Law Number 30 Year 2009 concerning Electricity in Baloi Kolam, Batam City District, Riau Islands. This research was conducted in Baloi Kolam, Batam City District, Riau Islands, on October 8, 2019 - November 22, 2019. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study is the customer / Baloi Pond House Unit Batam City District, Riau Islands. The sample in this study was taken using Proportional Sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the rights and obligations of consumers as much as 79%, which means "Yes" Customers / Unit Baloi Kolam Batam City District Riau Islands classified as having rights and obligations in terms of Article 29 of Law Number 30 Year 2009 Regarding Electricity.
