Analisis Faktor Kesulitan Guru Dalam Memanfaatkan Komputer Pada Kegiatan Pembelajaran Di SDN Se Rayon I Kecamatan Kubu Babussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to determine and describe the factors causing the difficulties of teachers in utilizing computers in learning activities in SDN in Rayon I, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The problems that occur indicate that there are still many teachers who have not comprehensively met the professional indicators of the teacher. In particular indicators use information and communication technology for self-development. The benefits of this research for teachers are to motivate teachers to be able to use computers in learning activities so that students are more active and creative in following the learning process. This research was conducted in several elementary schools in Rayon I, Kubu Babussalam Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency consisting of SDN 003 Sungai Pinang, SDN 009 Jojol, SDN 005 Rantau Panjang Kiri, SDN 004 Teluk Nilap, and SDN 011 Rantau Panjang Kiri. The population in this study was 77 people. This type of research is a survey research using quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the study of the difficulties of teachers in utilizing computers in learning activities in elementary schools in Rayon I, Kubu Babussalam Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency with the percentage of indicators are as follows. 11.43% is caused by school facilities and infrastructure, 10.10% is caused by the absence of computer training, 10.07% is caused by difficulty understanding computers, 10.02% is caused by not understanding terms in computers, and 9.70% is caused by age factor. So the factors that greatly affect the difficulty of teachers in using computers in learning activities in elementary schools in Rayon I, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency are school facilities and infrastructure which are part of external factors with a percentage of 11.43%.
