The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal supervision and teacher motivation both simultaneously and partially on teacher performance. The study population was 62 elementary school teachers in the Kemuning District Indragiri Hilir Regency. The type of data in this study is premiere data sourced from the teacher. This study uses a quantitative method using path analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the supervision of school principals and teacher motivation both simultaneously and partially on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Kemuning District, Indragiri Hilir.
