Analisis Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus II Kecamatan Batang Peranap Indragiri Hulu

This study aims to analyze the achievements of the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in the cluster cluster in Batang Peranap Indragiri Hulu. The subjects of this study were 59 elementary school teachers. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method and data collection instruments namely a questionnaire consisting of 40 positive and negative statements. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that the pedagogical ability of elementary school teachers in the cluster cluster in Batang Peranap Indragiri Hulu was relatively high with a percentage of achievements of 85.37%.
