Sintesis One-Pot Dan Uji Bioaktivitas Analog Pirazolin 5-(3-Fluorofenil)-3-(Naftalen-2-Il)- 1-Fenil-4,5-Dihidro-Pirazol
Pyrazoline is five ring heterocyclic compound with two nitogen atoms in adjacent position. These compound have diverse biological activities such as antimicrobial, antiinflammatory, antituberculosis, antimalarial and anticancer. This research was conducted to synthesize 5-(3-fluorophenyl)-3-(naphtalene-2-yl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-pyrazol (PF CN2-3F) using a one-pot three component reaction of 2-acetylnaphtalene, 3-fluorobenzaldehyde and phenylhidrazine. Synthesis of PF CN2-3F compound catalyzed by potassium hydroxide (KOH) under microwave irradiation assisted and yield of 52,94%. Purity of the compound was investigated using TLC test, melting point and HPLC analysis. The structure of synthesized compound was confirmed by analysis spectroscopy of UV, FTIR, NMR and GC-MS. Bioactivity of PF CN2-3F compound was evaluated using toxicity test, antioxidant test and antibacterial test. Toxicity test results showed that PF CN2-3F compounds is toxic with LC50 value of 176,56 µg/mL. The results of antioxidant test showed that PF CN2-3F compund had no antioxidant activity with IC50 > 1000 µg/mL. The results of antibacterial test showed that PF CN2-3F compounds had no antibacterial activity.
