Penerapan Model Quantum Teaching Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar SBdP Siswa Kelas IV A SD Swasta Cendana Rumbai
This research background was due to the low grade in SBdP subject of IV A Cendana Elementary students, that is 75,3. So that's why, the researcher applied quantum teaching model in order to increase the SBdP learning result of IV A Cendana Rumbai elementary students. Type of this research is classroom action research with 20 students of grade IV A, that consisted of 10 males and 10 females. The research conducted in December. The data and instrument was gotten from the observation sheet and learning result test. After applying this quantum teaching model, the teacher activity increased at the first cycle with the percentage from 70,83% to 75%. At the second cycle, the percentage increased from 79,16% to 83,33%. And than at the third cycle was fixed at 91,66%. The students' activity also increased. At the first cycle the percentage from 70,83% to 75%. At the second cycle the percentage from 79,16% to 83,33%. At the third cycle the percentage 91,66% for two times meeting. The learning result of SBdP increased from the rate of 76,54 at the first cycle to 77,5 at the second cycle and 81,5 at the third cycle. So the increase of the precentage was 1,59% at the first cycle, 2,92% at the second cycle, and 8,23% at the third cycle. Therefore, it is concluded that the applying of quantum teaching model can increase the SBdP learning result of IV A Cendana Rumbai elementary students.
