Kepuasan Orang Tua Terhadap Layanan Sekolah Di Ra Menara Qur’an Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to determine the satisfaction of parents with services in RA Menara Qur’an, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This research method is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The subjects of this study were 54 parents who send their children to RA Menara Qur’an, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency. In general, parents' satisfaction with services in RA Menara Qur'an, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency in general is included in the category of quite satisfied, meaning that parents feel quite satisfied with the quality of school services, infrastructure services, facilities and educational costs, convenience services in acquisition of information and consultation on children's problems, parents' recommendation services, children's schooling services. Judging from the aspect of school quality, parents' satisfaction in RA Menara Qur’an, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency is less satisfied and dissatisfied, respectively (27.8%). Seen from the aspect of infrastructure of parents' satisfaction in RA Menara Qur’an, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency is not satisfied (30.9%). Seen from the aspect of facilities and education costs, parents' satisfaction with services in RA Menara Qur'an, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency is not satisfied (35.8%). Seen from the aspect of the ease of obtaining information and consultation on children's problems, parents' satisfaction with services in RA Menara Qur'an, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency is less satisfied (33.3%). Seen from the aspect of parent's recommendation, parents' satisfaction with services in RA Menara Qur'an, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency is less satisfied (33.3%). Seen from the aspect of sending their children back, their parents' satisfaction with services in RA Menara Qur'an, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency is satisfied (33.3%).
