Model Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Pt. Pertamina Ru Ii Sungai Pakning Secara Berkelanjutan Di Kawasan Mangrove
Background and purpose: As one of the state companies, PT. Pertamina RU II
Sungai Pakning has the obligation to preserve the environment in the company’s
operational area. The obligationis carried out in the form of a Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) program. The aim of the CSR program is to overcome
various problems that have arisen in the area of PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai
Pakning. One of them is to overcome the problems of abrasion and demage to
mangrove ecosystems with the name of the Permata Hijau Program (revitalization
and concervation of mangrove areas). The purpose of this study is to produce a
formulation of the CSR implementation model of PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai
Pakning sustainably in the mangrove area. Materials and methods: To determine
the sustainability of CSR, the methode used is Rapid Appraisal for Corporate
Social Responsibility (RAPCSR) modification of RAPFISH. Result: Sustainability
status of Permata Hijau CSR Program PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning in
the mangrove area in a multi-dimensional category is less sustainable. MDS
analysis results obtained three dimensions that have a less sustainable index
value, namely the ecological dimension 48.1%, the economic dimension 46%, and
the institutional dimension 46%. While there are two dimensions that are quite
sustainable, namely the social dimension 53,2% and the technological dimension
52,1%. Conclusion: these results provide the conclusion that the Permata Hijau
CSR Program of PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning is still oriented towards
the social and technological dimensions, and ignores the ecological, economic
and institutional dimensions. Found five key factors out of nine factors that
influence the Permata Hijau CSR Program, abrasion (a), sedimentation (s),
averege income (p), potential and total of tourist visits (w) and the legality of
mangrove areas (l) which can be described in the function relationship:
ICSR=f(a,s,p,w,l), and the discovery of a new sustainable CSR implementation
model called the RapCSR Models.
